Digital Humanist from Liguria

I am a Product Designer with more than 7 years of experience designing and improving digital platforms used by over 2 million retail, SME, and corporate customers.

My way of designing comes from the meeting point between humanities, technology, and people's needs.

During my degree in Digital Humanities at the University of Pisa, I learned the basics of programming. That background helps me understand how software systems work, collaborate with engineering teams, and design realistic, sustainable solutions.

That path trained me to connect apparently distant fields: language and code, people and systems, humanities and digital products. The most interesting solutions often emerge from those points of contact.

Experience and research

After graduating, I completed a master's program in Information Architecture and UX Design at IULM University in Milan, where I deepened my work on content structure, experience design, and user research, learning from professionals such as Federico Badaloni, Maria Cristina Lavazza, Luca Rosati, and Raffaele Boiano.

AI and method

In recent years I have also been exploring the role of artificial intelligence in design work: how it can support everyday activities, which new skills it asks of designers, and what impact it will have on the way teams and organizations make decisions, build products, and shape digital experiences.

This interest connects directly with my design process, which I see as constantly evolving. From research to prototyping, from stakeholder alignment to user validation, I try to build a method that is solid but flexible. On the Design process page, I collect tools, practices, and reflections on how I approach complex problems and turn them into clear, sustainable, measurable solutions.

Continuous experimentation

On GitHub I collect projects and experiments where design ideas become concrete solutions, continuing to explore the boundary between design, technology, product, and AI.

I still believe in the potential of digital products to improve people's lives. I consider myself a lifelong learner: curious, pragmatic, and always ready to learn from users, colleagues, stakeholders, and development teams.

Outside work
